Author of NYT bestseller 'The Big Fat Surprise' and founder of the Nutrition Coalition, which played a pivotal role in reforming the US Dietary Guidelines by advocating for rigorous, evidence-based science in federal nutrition policy. Holds degrees from Yale, Stanford, and Oxford, with a PhD in nutrition from University of Reading (2024). Published in Lancet, BMJ, and major media outlets.
