Henry Wood

Known online as Rambling Henry, Henry Wood is a real food campaigner with over 250K followers across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. After 8 years in London sales, he moved to Australia and worked on large-scale farms, where the disconnect between farming and food sparked a mission to champion whole foods and traditional cooking. His own health transformation — from 19 stone at age 19 to thriving on whole foods — drives his advocacy against ultra-processed foods. He founded The Real Food Club and has travelled to Blue Zones including Costa Rica to learn from indigenous communities. His rallying cry: fighting for real food in a fake food world.
